Suzuki Philippines strengthens partnership with Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. with third straight agreement

Suzuki Philippines, Inc. recently sealed a memorandum of agreement with Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc, the fastest growing independent oil company, which will be its main sponsor for the 2013 Raider Breed Wars.
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. will power the races with their Phoenix Cyclomax Motorcycle Oils for the third straight year, a showing of support for the sport.
The 2013 Raider Breed Wars, now on its fourth year, is a series of racing events in key regions that will cater to all drag racers and enthusiasts in the country. There will be eleven qualifying legs this year, six in Luzon and five in Visayas and Mindanao.
The 2013 Raider Breed Wars will kick off its first leg on March 17 in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
The drag racing event is sanctioned by the National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA). It is Suzuki Philippines’ commitment to provide the proper venues and safety gears in compliance with safety standards to the participants.
“Suzuki sees Phoenix Petroleum as the best partner for this activity because we are bound by the same advocacy of promoting safety among motorcycle users,” says Satoshi Uchida, Suzuki Philippines president. “We both believe in responsible riding because we give premium to the human life. This partnership aims to establish a standardized set of rules in drag racing and to protect the enthusiasts,” he adds.

Other guests were Phoenix Assistant Vice President Alberto Alcid; Phoenix Trade Marketing Officers Lea Macabenta and Von Oro; Suzuki Motorcycle Marketing Manager Odessa Gan; Suzuki Motorcycle Ads and Promo Manager Joel Nicerio; and Suzuki Underbone Product Specialist Anne Valencia.
