Knorr recently launched its newest line of chef
ambassadors as part of its continuous
commitment of bringing out the best in every dish prepare by every Filipino
especially the mothers. With that in mind, Knorr has partnered with over 200
chefs from all over the world and works with them as to how to make the food
that we eat everyday to become better not just in taste, but also when it comes
to its nutritional value.

Chef Tristan as he present his dish to the media together with Ms. Isa Litton, who served as the host of the Knorr’s new chef ambassadors launching, who herself is a Knorr user and the one who cooks in her home.
Chef Tristan’s Sinigang na Bulalo –Chef Tristan presented his special and unique delicacy which is Sinigang na Bulalo. This is something that is unheard to many of us because what we normally hear is Nilagang Bulalo and not Sinigang na Bulalo. Nonetheless, Chef Tristan justified his Sinigang na Bulalo by the outcome of its taste where he made a little twist on it by making it “maasim”. In cooking this food, Chef Tristan put together onions, achuete, calamansi juice, seedless grapes, cabbage leaves and not to mention, Knorr 2-in-1 Sinigang Mix that makes his twist for this delicacy a click.
Chef Tristan Encarnacion is the son of the famous
hairdresser Mr. Jun Encarnacion. Chef Tristan got involved into the world of cooking during his high school
days where he was given a task to put different dishes together, and from that
time on his love for cooking continuous to flourish up to this very day.
Escabeche by Chef Dianne-Chef Dianne presented her
mouth-watering and good-to-the-eye Escabeche with one big whole pan-fried Lapu-Lapu on a big plate minced with garlic, ginger, onion, carrots, red bell
pepper, etc. and of course, Chef Dianne used Knorr all-in-one cube and Knorr
Meaty Seasoning to bring out the savory taste of the fish.

Pinakbet ni Marvin-This is one of the specialties of
actor/chef Marvin Agustin where he put together different veggies such as kang
kong, ampalaya, okra, kalabasa, tomatoes, garlic, sitaw, talong together with a
liempo that is cooked as lechon kawali, and instead of putting the usual
bagoong, chef Marvin put Knorr shrimp cube to savor the taste of his Pinakbet.
Chef Martin’s Organic Sagada Rice Paella with Seafoods-Chef Martin Jickain a former model turned chef because of his passion for cooking…Chef Martin as he cooked one of his favorites…the Sagada Rice Paella with Seafoods. It’s a mixture of special sagada rice with chicken breast that were cut into pisces, chorizo sausage, shrimps, boiled eggs, onion, lemon, olives, mussels and of course, with Knorr chicken cube and Knorr shrimp cube that he uses to bring about the fine taste of his Sagada Rice Paella with Seafoods.
Chef Jayp’s Lechon Kawali with Roasted Pumpkin Gata-Chef
Joseph Patrick Anglo, JP as he is normally called by his peers is an Ilonggo
and whenever he cooks, he always uses that Ilonggo twist on his food that he cooks
and prepares. What Chef Jayps prepared during the Knorr launching of its Chef Ambassadors
was Lechon Kawali with Roasted Pumpkin Gata. Here, he combined the crispiness
of the Lechon, the creaminess of the gata, mushiness of the mushrooms, softness
of the Tofu, tenderness of the of snowpeas and greenbeans into one delicious
dish. And as usual, Chef JP used Knorr ginatang mix, Knorr chicken cubes and
Knorr sinigang mix to enhance the flavor of his special delicacy.
The new Knorr’s chef ambassadors together with the
online media community with the Uniliver’s officers and staff at the back as
they enjoy together their sumptuous dinner during the Knorr’s launching of its
newest ambassadors that was held recently at the Romulo Café in Makati City.
