Binibining Pilipinas recently welcomed Ms. Dianne Necio with enthusiasm as she arrives in Manila coming fresh from China in competing for the Miss International pageant where she made it to the top 15. Aside from being a semi-finalist, she even wows the netizens crowd, as she topped the online voting for the Peoples Choice Award by garnering more than 350,000 votes.
Ms. Dianne Necio is a 19 year old Bicolana beauty from Palangui Albay, an experienced pageant enthusiast where she joined several local pageants before she finally landed as Binibining Pilipinas International winner where she represented the Philippines in the recent Miss International pageant held in China.
